Ashtyn Kehrer

Ashtyn has been practicing yoga since age 14. She pursued her love of yoga by attending a 3 week 200 hour YTT at Full Circle Wellness Yoga School in the Florida Keys. Her flows are intuitively calming & emotionally freeing. Yoga is her reminder to breathe & approach life with an open heart & clear mind - which she also hopes to inspire in others as she guides them through their practices.

Toni Jakes

Toni began her yoga practice 10 years ago. Yoga provided a balance of both strength and flexibility into a fitness routine. Bringing the mind, body and breath together, creating calmness both on and off the mat. Toni loves teaching all kinds of yoga. Her goal is that you always leave every class feeling better than you did when you entered. Toni completed her 200 hour RYT through Yoga Core and More in January 2017.

Dan Lidisky

Dan has been practicing Yoga since 2009, and received his 200RYT in 2015. His practice has helped him grow stronger; physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Dan encourages freedom of expression, individuality, and a commitment to helping people achieve more than they think they can in yoga classes.  His teaching style balances the body with unique sequencing and by offering fun flow during classes which results in many “first breakthroughs”, connection, and growth.

Kali Martin is our NEW Licensed Massage Therapist here at Breathe & Bend Hot Yoga Studio! She studied Massage Therapy at The Body Therapy Center School of Massage through SWIC in Swansea, IL. and has been massaging for 2 1/2 yrs. now. She is looking forward to getting to know you all and helping you feel your best!

Denise Busse

Denise was initially drawn to the physical practice of yoga as a way to challenge her body, build strength without bulk, and improve flexibility. But found much more in yoga. She completed her 200 hour RYT in 2016 at Yoga Core & More.  She offers an upbeat & playful approach without taking things too seriously. It’s important to practice yoga in a way that feels good in YOUR body and not worry about what it looks like or what your fellow yogi’s are doing.
