Stand up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga is a fun way to take your practice outdoors and onto a floating mat. We begin all of our classes on land with a few minutes of basic SUP instruction and stretching, ensuring you feel comfortable on a paddle board.
We then paddle out on the one acre lake and anchor to our Floating Yoga Studio!
We are proud to be the only certified BOGA Yoga floating studio in the Mid-West.
We offer a variety of classes including sunset and sunrise classes and open paddle!
We can even bring the boards to you, contact us to set up your next private individual or private group class.
